If you are a current or prospective tenant in an apartment in Aparna Sarovar the below information is useful for you.

You will also need the below forms for various purposes (click on the underlined text to access the forms). Please do make use of them for necessary purposes.

Form Link	To be filled by	Purpose
NM001	Tenant	To gain nominal membership to the society. This is mandatory.
NM002	Landlord	To permit the tenant to gain nominal membership to the society. This is mandatory. Tenant should request the landlord to fill this form well in advance.
RD001	Tenant	To provide data of all residents in the apartment. This is mandatory.
RD002	Tenant	To inform the society about shifting apartments within Aparna Sarovar. This is mandatory.
RD003	Tenant	To inform the society about moving out of Aparna Sarovar before vacating the apartment. This is mandatory.
RD004	Landlord	To permit the tenant to move out of the society upon expiry of lease. This is mandatory. Tenant should request the landlord to fill this form well in advance.

Please note that you will not be allowed to enter or exit the apartment without completing the above forms and formalities.

Once you become a resident you will need access to ApnaComplex portal which can be accessed at www.apnacomplex.com. Please do write to the society office if you do not have access to it.
